Hi, I'm Paola
I'm a business astrologer, strategist, and somatic practitioner helping women entrepreneurs build businesses that fit the way they're actually designed to lead.
I believe your business has its own strategic blueprint, reflected in the chart of the moment it came into being. My work is helping you read that blueprint, so you can stop forcing strategies that were never meant for you and start building from something that feels true to who you are.
But I didn't arrive here through a tidy career pivot.
I arrived here because I reached a point where the life I'd built no longer felt like it belonged to me.
At the time, I was living in Norway, waiting for a visa, feeling restless and unsure of what came next.
On paper, everything looked right. I'd completed a master's degree across four universities in four countries. I'd worked as a dancer, teacher, and academic leader. I had built a life I was proud of.
And yet, something still felt out of alignment.
I was succeeding according to someone else's definition of success while drifting further away from my own.
That's when I started using astrology as a map.
Not to tell me the future.
To help me understand myself.
It worked.
And I became a little obsessed with understanding why.
As I began studying business astrology, I kept seeing the same pattern.
Brilliant, capable women were building businesses that exhausted them.
Not because they lacked ambition. Not because they needed another course or another coach.
They were trying to grow businesses using strategies that simply weren't designed for the way they naturally work.
The advice wasn't necessarily bad.
It just wasn't for them.
That realization became the foundation of Plenilunium.
I don't believe every business should grow the same way.
I believe every business has its own way of communicating, creating trust, making decisions, and developing over time.
Astrology offers a lens for exploring those patterns.
My work is helping you connect that insight with practical business strategy and embodied action.
The experience behind my work
My background is multidisciplinary, shaped by years of studying, teaching, researching, and working across different cultures.
I hold two master's degrees, one in Dance Heritage and Cultural Anthropology and another in Ericksonian Psychotherapy. I also hold bachelor's degrees in Communication and Psychology.
Alongside my academic background, I'm certified in evolutionary and business astrology, and my work includes branding, organizational communication, somatic practices, and education.
I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the International Society for Astrological Research (CAPISAR).
I've studied and worked across different cultural environments. That experience has deeply influenced how I understand identity, communication, leadership, and the ways people create meaning.
It has also shaped the methodology I use today.
My work brings together astrology, business strategy, branding, psychology, and embodied transformation.
I don't read charts in isolation.
I connect what we explore in a chart to the real questions you're facing in your business:
How are you communicating your message?
How are you making decisions?
How are you relating to visibility and leadership?
What kind of structure supports the way you want
to work?
Where might you be following a strategy simply because you've been told it's the right thing to do?
The chart is a starting point for reflection and exploration. The goal is to translate insight into practical decisions and help you embody those insights in the way you lead and work.
Because understanding your chart is only the beginning.
Real change happens when your mind, body, and business start moving in the same direction.
That's the work I do through Plenilunium.
Helping you build a business that isn't just successful on paper, but one that feels aligned with the person you are and the life you want to create.
