I've never done embodiment work or hypnosis before. Is that a problem?

No. Nothing here requires prior experience. Every practice is introduced and guided in session.

This is a one-time foundational session designed to give your brand a real basis to build from. There are no upsells required and no long-term commitment. You'll leave with a brand board grounded in something true, not another aesthetic to second-guess.

Do I need to know anything about astrology?

Not at all. My job is to translate the chart into practical brand direction. You don't need to understand astrology to benefit from the session.

What information do you need from me before the session?

Your business's founding date and a completed questionnaire, so we can focus the session on what your brand most needs to communicate.

What if I don't know my exact founding date?

Take a few minutes before booking to think it through. It doesn't need to be a legal registration date... it's whichever moment truly marks when the business came into existence for you, or when the idea took shape if you haven't launched yet. If you're genuinely unsure, email me at paola@plenilunium.net before you book and we'll figure it out together.

Do I need to have already done the Business Chart Consultation?

No. This session can stand on its own, though if you've already done a business chart reading, we can build on what came up there.

What if I already have some brand elements I like?

Tell me in your pre-session questionnaire. We can confirm what's already aligned and focus the session on what still needs a foundation.

Why don't you design the logo?

My role is to create the strategic foundation behind your brand. Once that's clear, a designer can create visual assets that genuinely reflect your business instead of relying on guesswork.

What if I don't find an available time?

Reach out through the contact form or by email and we'll sort something out.

What if I need to reschedule?

Reschedule requests made at least 48 hours in advance can be accommodated once at no charge.

What's the refund policy?

Because this is a personalized session built around your specific chart and brand direction, sessions are non-refundable once booked, but rescheduling is available.

Will I get a recording?

Yes, if you request it before your session. Just let me know when you book, or anytime before we start, and I'll send it along with your brand board.

My work combines astrology with branding, psychology, organizational communication, and embodied transformation to translate your chart into practical strategy you can actually use.
